You can have more energy, improved sleeping, sharpen your mind, and help you keep things in perspective by taking a 20-minute walk every day. It doesn’t have to be a fast, power walk. For sleep to be beneficial to you, you will need to try to go to bed and get up at the same time each day. Do something fun and relaxing before you go to bed. Listen to music, read a book for pleasure, or write in a journal. Taking a warm bath, prayer, and meditation also will help you fall asleep quickly and get the sleep your body and mind needs.
